Regular Cleaning
The following listed below is a generalized outline of everything we aim to accomplish at every cleaning. Of course, things can be modified to suit your property's cleaning needs.
Kitchen
- Sanitize all surfaces
- Removal of all trash
- Cleaning of mirrors
- Inside and outside of microwave cleaned
- Outside and handle cleaning of refrigerator
- Stove exterior and outside top of hood cleaned
- Sweeping/Vacuuming/Washing of floors
Bathrooms
- Sanitization of the toilet
- Scrubbing of tub and shower wall
- Soap handles/toothbrush holders cleaned
- Sink scrubbed and faucets polished
- Sweeping and washing of floors (vacuuming if necessary)
- Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds, and light bulbs
- Door handles cleaned
- Cleaning of mirrors
Living Areas and Bedrooms
- Light dusting of inside windowsills, blinds, and light bulbs
- Hand-Dusting of all surfaces
- Cleaning of all mirrors
- Vacuuming/washing of floors
Seasonal Cleanings
The following includes the Regular Cleaning plus the following additions below. These too, can be modified to suit your needs.
Seasonal Package
- Cob-webbing ceilings and corners
- Ceiling fans dusted
- Dusting/Polishing light fixtures and electric face plates
- Glass cleaning of sliding glass doors/entrance windows around door (those that can be cleaned without a ladder)
Request's for future seasonal cleanings after the first time cleaning, have an additional set charge, as determined by the size of your home. Prior arrangement required so we can accommodate the extra time needed.
A La Carte Cleaning
Everyone sometimes need some extras for the home. Many of these will need to be seen prior to quote and pre-scheduled. These value-added services are exclusively for our current regular customers.
- Inside of oven
- Inside of refridgerator
- Windows (Outsides can be included if they are able to tilt in)
- Dusting (Blinds, fans, window sills, cob-webbing, high ceiling dusting)
Other
- Collecting mail
- Watering plants
